Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or our contact form. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to officially post.

  3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is received. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.
 If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
